Mentoring that moves readiness, not just calendars

Students choose a mentor and book a slot. Mentors connect their calendars, meet students and score each skill against set criteria, with feedback and progress visible to both.

Every scored session updates readiness, dimension by dimension

Mentors score each session per dimension on a rubric. Those scores roll up by dimension into the student’s readiness over time, and the mentor sees the same roll-up before and after a session.

  • A rubric score per dimension
  • Strengths, gaps and next actions
  • The same roll-up for student and mentor

Common questions

Can mentors use their own calendar?

Yes. Mentors connect Google Calendar (with Meet) or Microsoft Outlook (with Teams), so bookings create calendar events and meeting links.

How do mentor scores affect readiness?

Each scored session updates the rubric dimensions, such as communication, problem solving and domain knowledge, in the student’s readiness view over time. Mentor results stay separate from assessment and practice results.

Can we limit mentoring to some cohorts?

Yes. Book a Mentor is one of the tools that access levels switch on or off for each cohort.
