Gamification gives students a reason to practise every day
First solves, scored answers and completed lessons earn XP on one institution leaderboard. Daily streaks and per-tool titles make the next practice session feel like progress.
Practice needs a place in every week
Students only start practising in the final weeks.
XP makes everyday work visible across coding, aptitude, communication, interviews and learning, on one institution leaderboard.
They try it for a few days, then drop off.
A seven-day strip, a nudge and the next title bring them back.
Practice activity is hard to review across a cohort.
Admins see the full institution board, filter by batch and export a CSV to review practice activity.
A streak counts every day a learner earns XP
A streak counts consecutive days on which a learner earned XP, using India time. XP from any tool on the institution’s board keeps that sequence going, so a day of learning and a day of coding both count.
- A seven-day strip shows filled and empty days
- A nudge reminds learners to earn XP today
- Streaks appear beside rank, as 12d or, for longer runs, 60d+
Earn XP today to keep your 12-day streak.
Per-tool titles: five steps learners can see
Each tool below has its own ladder. The first three tiers start at 10, 300 and 1,500 tool XP. Once at least 30 learners are ranked, tiers four and five go to the top 15% and top 2% of the institution’s board.

Institution leaderboards bring practice onto one board
XP from the tools an institution puts on its board combines on one leaderboard, with a streak column and per-tool titles. The board appears once at least five learners are ranked, giving practice across tools a shared place to show up.
- Learners rank across their whole institution, without a batch filter
- Only short names appear to learners: first name and last initial
- Learner boards show no email addresses
- 1Ananya R. 21d2,480 XP
- 2Karthik R. 18d2,315 XP
- 3Zoya K. 15d2,190 XP
- 4Arjun D. 12d2,045 XP
- 5Isha V. 9d1,980 XP
XP comes from real, server-graded attempts
XP is computed on the server from the log of real attempts. Only the first correct attempt counts, and each tool has daily caps. Repeating easy items cannot be used to farm XP; scored prompts, submitted interviews and attendance follow the rules listed below.
Admin controls show who is practising by batch
Admins get the full institution board with batch filters and CSV export. Review the board across the institution, focus on a batch and export it for a closer look at XP, streaks and per-tool titles.
- Full institution leaderboard
- Batch filters for admin review
- CSV export for working with the board outside the portal
Review the full institution board or focus on one batch.
XP rules: real work across tools, one total
Each activity has a defined XP rule and daily cap. These are the events that contribute to the institution board and keep a daily streak going.

Common questions
Which activities earn XP?
Code Quest, Aptitude Quest, Communication Quest, Management Quest, Mock Interview, Code Lab, LMS, assessments and events all contribute XP. Each has its own qualifying event and daily cap, from a first accepted coding solve to event attendance marked by an admin.
Can learners earn XP by repeating the same item?
XP is computed from the log of real attempts on the server. Only the first correct attempt counts, with daily caps. Repeating easy items cannot be used to farm XP. Scored prompts, interviews, lesson passes, submissions and attendance use their specific qualifying rules.
How is a practice streak counted?
A streak is consecutive days, in India time, on which a learner earned XP. Learners see a seven-day strip and a nudge to keep it going. The board displays streaks such as 12d, capped in display at 60d+.
How do learners move up the title ladder?
There are five titles per tool for Code Quest, Aptitude Quest, Communication Quest, Management Quest and Mock Interview. Tiers one, two and three start at 10, 300 and 1,500 XP. Once at least 30 learners are ranked, tier four goes to the top 15% and tier five to the top 2% of the institution’s board.
What can learners see about each other?
Learner leaderboards show short names only: first name and last initial, with no emails. Ranking is across the whole institution, and learners do not get a batch filter.
When does the institution leaderboard appear?
The board appears once at least five learners are ranked. The top two title tiers have a separate threshold: at least 30 ranked learners are needed before the top 15% and top 2% tiers apply.
What can admins see and export?
Admins get the full institution leaderboard, including streaks and per-tool titles, with batch filters and CSV export.
